All products on the Carmi-site can be reserved online. Making a reservation online is free and without obligation to pay.
How to make an online reservation?
Select the product you want to reserve in the right size.
Add it to the reservation basket. You can reserve 2 products at the same time.
Select a Carmi shop, where you would like to reserve the products.
Then please give your mobile phone number, your e-mail address and name.
Send your reservation.
As soon as the products you have chosen, are in the right Carmi shop, you will be informed by text message or e-mail. From then the products will remain at your disposal at the shop for 4 working days. You can make another reservation from the time that the previous reservation expires, i.e. if you have collected the items reserved or from the fifth working day after the reservation became available and was not collected.
All products on the Carmi-site can be bought online. You can pay securely with Bancontact, MasterCard, Ideal or VISA. Delivery in Belgium is free.
How to shop online?
Select the product you want to buy in the right size.
Add it to the shopping basket.
Fill up all your data.
Fill up a delivery address.
You then see an overview of your purchases and costs.
You willl then be directed to the payment module to select a means of payment.
After payment you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email as well as a confirmation of the payment processing by Ogone. On receipt of payment the order will be dispatched as quickly as possible by Taxipost (3 workingdays). The parcel will be presented on two occasions. to your home or delivery address as indicated by you. In case of absence the postman will leave a message that the parcel will be available for collection at the post office from the following day. If you have chosen to collect the products at one of the Carmi shops, then you will be contacted by telephone as soon as your purchase is ready.
To pay your purchases at the Carmi e-shop, you can pay online via the secured system of Ogone. After you have selected a means of payment (Bancontact, MasterCard, Ideal or VISA), you are directed to the secured site of Ogone. You will have to fill up the cardnumber, its expiring date and the controll code. There all payment data are stored. Immediately after payment, you will receive a confirmation of the payment processing by Ogone.
The delivery of the Products is by means of a courier service (Taxipost) to the delivery address given by the User. This courier service shall make the order available at the delivery address. If nobody is present the driver shall leave a note so that the parcel can be picked up at the nearest local post office.
The User acknowledges being aware of the fact that the Seller’s general delivery conditions apply to the dispatch of the Products and acknowledges acceptance of the said conditions.
The Seller accepts the responsibility of supplying the Products as quickly as possible (3 workingdays), a guideline delivery period of maximum 30 days being agreed. The parties nevertheless agree that due to exceptional circumstances the delivery period can be longer than the aforementioned guide period.
On delivery/reception of the Products purchased a valid proof of identity must be shown. Reception of the Products can only be effected by the person who placed the order. The Seller retains the right not to hand over the Products in the absence of valid proof of identity. The order shall remain at the User’s disposal for five days at the reception/delivery point after which the Products shall be returned to the Seller.
The charge for Product delivery is, subject to changes due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. increase in Taxipost charges, increase in personnel costs):
1. Purchases under € 100:
Deliveries in Belgium: free of charge
Deliveries in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany: €10
2. Purchases over € 100:
Deliveries in Belgium: free of charge
Deliveries in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany: € 10
In accordance with the Law of 6 April 2010 concerning marketing practices and consumer protection, the User is entitled to cancel his online order within 14 calendar days of the day following delivery of the Products.
The purchased Product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging with sufficient postage paid to the Seller’s return address as stated hereunder. The User should include his bank account number so that the Seller can make the refund. Only the actual amount paid is refunded and this within 30 days after the Products are received at the return address.

These conditions for the cancellation of the order and the return address as mentioned only apply to products purchased at the webshop.
The cost of the return of Products ordered online is payable by the User, unless the Product delivered did not match the description of the Product as stated on the order (e.g. due to damage). Damaged Products accompanied with a description of the damage must be returned to the return address within 14 calendar days and with sufficient postage paid for delivery by regular post. Damaged articles are refunded within 30 days of the Products being received at the return address.

The Seller reserves the right to collect data on the User for exclusively internal use, this both directly by collecting the data given by the User at the time of placing the order and indirectly (e.g. through the use of cookies, these being short datastrings on the Site User’s computer that enable the Seller to adapt the Site contents and lay-out optimally for the User).
These data can be passed on to organisations that are contractually linked to the Seller (such as trading partners, associations, charitable institutions or interest groups) and who wish to send the Customer personalised offers or keep him updated on special offers.
In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy relating to personal data, the User is entitled at any time to consult these data, to amend them and to have them removed if the User no longer wants to receive information about our activities. For this purpose the User can contact the Seller’s customer service in writing.
