On your first visit to our shop you will receive a loyalty card giving you 10% discount on your total purchases. You will benefit from this loyalty card from your next purchases on.

For now, the fidelity card cannot be used on the Carmi website.

Via your loyalty card we can check the purchase date of your shoes at any time. That tells us immediately whether or not your shoes are still covered by the guarantee.

Promotions, events

Several times a year Carmi organises information moments for its customers.  For example, last year MBT customers were given a free introductory lesson on how to better appreciate all the features of MBT shoes, a shoemaker from Ambiorix visited the shops to explain the production process, and Goretex demonstrated that shoes are genuinely watertight.  

For our “younger” customers we regularly organise surprises. In September they are spoilt with the latest in trendy school materials and every year St Nicolas has some treats in store for them. Our annual film event has also become a firm feature that everyone looks forward to.
