Whether you are buying men’s, women’s or children’s shoes, at Carmi you can depend on a personal service. Our sales staff are always ready to give the right advice.

Individual order

If your size  in a particular model is not in stock we can always check whether it is available at another Carmi shop. 

If it is, we transfer them and they will arrive at your local Carmi store within a few days. You then have a week to come in and try them on with no obligation to purchase. In some cases we can also place an additional order with the supplier. 

 
 

After-sales service

You can always come to Carmi when your shoes need repairing. Where possible, we have the shoes repaired by the manufacturer. In all other cases we have two master shoemakers at your service.

 
 

Comfort advice

For “difficult” feet too Carmi has the right solution. You have the choice from a wide range of comfort brands such as  Ara, Ambiorix, Dorndorf, Durea, Ecco, Finn Comfort, Gabor, Lloyd, MBT, Mephisto, Platino, Rieker, Rohde, Solidus, Think!, Voltan and Wolky.

Some shoes are also available in different width sizes. And many models are suitable for support inlays.

Our specialised comfort sales staff are always ready to help you choose the right model and size and to assist you when trying them on.

 
 

Exchange

If after buying a pair of shoes you decide you want to change them, this is possible. The condition is that the goods must not have been worn or used and must be returned within a week, together with the receipt and in their original packaging.
