# Carmi

> Carmi is a Belgian family-run retailer of shoes, clothing, handbags and accessories for women, men and children. It carries more than 300 brands, has three stores in Belgium (Zemst, Korbeek-Lo and Aubel) and sells online at www.carmi.be.

The family business goes back to 1954, when Roger and Simone Decremer-Persoons started making luxury slippers in Tildonk. The first Carmi store opened in Zemst in 1985, Korbeek-Lo followed in 1988 and Aubel in 2002, and the webshop launched in 2011. Brands include Caroline Biss, Essentiel, Natan, Mephisto, Gabor, Xandres, Ralph Lauren, Veja, Hoff, Adidas and Mercer. Every store offers personal service, and two master shoemakers handle repairs after a sale.

The site is in Dutch (main language), French, English and German. The links below point to the Dutch version. The same pages exist under `/fr/`, `/en/` and `/de/` with translated paths, listed in the sitemaps.
